Coach sessions run about 45 minutes, while athlete sessions run about 25 minutes. Both are done via Skype once a week for an average of 8 weeks. There is usually some sort of homework and you will see results when you do the work.  


One on One or with Coaching Staff

The coaching profession, whether a seasoned professional coach or just starting out with a youth team of a sport you never played, you do not have to reinvent the wheel. I have worked with hundreds of coaches on helping create a healthy culture, navigating issues with athletes, and talk through the behind-the-scenes navigation of working alongside parents and administrators.
